Residential Trust and its subsidiary Hechen Homes Limited is a Property Investment/Development/Trading company based in Exeter and operates in London and South West England.
We have a strong residential bias, although we also deal in commercial property and particularly in retail and mixed-use buildings.
The core of our business is our long-term investment portfolio used to produce a solid income stream as well as long term capital growth. Secondary to this is our trading and development activity to generate cash profits to boost our portfolio.
In addition we also carry out projects in joint venture situations and provide both senior and mezzanine finance to other developers.
